Last of a generation now in my garage....

Post by zxsixr03 »

Well i couldn't resist as they are no more, i love the 636 so i had to get the last of the best era in supersports, i'm waiting on lots of extras like pipe brakes lines etc that didn't turn up in time for my pick up, so will update when done...

Not a bad garage, but you need a ZX12 tourer to complete the set 8)

your a very lucky man zxsixr03. 2 very nice bikes indeed. the last of a generation and the last of a nice looking zx. i may be alone but i find the 06 zx10 to be a very ugly bike and from the pics of the 07 zx6 i saw in the latest AMCN they have gone the same ugly way. such a shame to ruin such a nice looking bike :(

Trust me once u look at the 10 everyday it becomes beautiful i love the look of the 10 now its really grows on me, i reckon the 6 and the 10 look near identical just different pipe sent up personal prefereance tho i guess, but there is a monster power diff when u jump from one to the other...

yeah i can attest to that. the more i look at the 9 the more i like it. but i have to say next year i will most likely be buying a brand spanka and amongst the current crop of bikes, appearence wise for me the R1 has got the goods. might yet keep the big quack though, keep it for a thrasha/track bike.
