Nah, just kidding, I cant see how he can be convicted for anything serious for this......... Considering his Bike cant even do that speed...

Well guys been to court, and guess what..............

Been adjourned again

but it might be for the better as the prosecution wants to go over the evidence about my bikes dyno reading etc and then talk to my solicitor and work something out....

I go back to court on the 27th of this month so its only a 3 week wait (stressfull one at that)

I also just want to say a big thankyou to you for your support and kind words, really does mean alot and once this is all over and done with i will be having another bbq to celebrate.... all are welcome

Great news .. well, hopefully! Hopefully they just drop the charges, and compensate you for lost income/time/grief caused etc.

I doubtthey will drop the charges all together i was still speeding way over the limit, we are just softening the charges down a bit
