Holy shit.

It's easy to punch the shit out of squids but geez you have to feel sorry for the poor girl no matter how silly it was. The dumb bastard riding the bike needs a good slap up the side of the head though.

She deserves a bloody medal for getting back on a bike again though.

I feel much better about wearing stupid amounts of gear in ridiculously hot weather already.
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.

I think I'll spend my next couple of days off looking for some overpants suitable to put on over the top of the jeans I wear at work.
Real bravery is being afraid but doing it anyway.

Saw an item about her accident a while back. The guy she was on the bike with had been doing something like 180 MILES an hour when the wind caught her visor.

I'm pleased to see she has started riding again :)
I used to have a handle on Life,

That dude, would find himself tied to my towball and being dragged around for a while if that had of been on of my relatives!

Everytime i read that ( several times over the last year!) i get chills! Regardless how silly she was for getting on the back, it was obviously someone who she thought she could trust! ....WRONG! what a prick !

She is never going to forget that ride! Good to see that she managed to get over it somewhat though!

Yep that looks bad I at least do dragins and a light jacket for work but dont have too much faith in the jacket.

You still get plentyof bruising and broken bones in leathers too but you dont have to wait for the skin to grow back.
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

That really makes riding gear worth every penny. She is one brave chick and being able to talk about it may make somebody think twice. I have leathers and for summer a mesh jacket and nothing less than Jeans, my simple rule "no gear no ride".

I take my hat off to her for what she has done. notworthy.gif
