trust me when i say im feeling like a champion.

That lawyer bloke says the best thing i can do is walk for three and then apply for 12 months good behaviour for the license. Dunno (and doubt) if its even worth getting representation.

If its going to court, a lawyer can plead your case, a judge would prefer to listen to one of his cronies wax lyrical about your long and (largely)unblemished record to date, than deal with a member of the public trying to justify why they should keep their licence after they were caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

And if a copper askes you why you were speeding, never rattle out an excuse cos it means GUILT.

My pitiful advice... suck it up and take the 3 months because if they know you are on probation, they target you!! You have a big red target on your back and they will be out to get you.

Well ill be walking for 3 months due to speeding, unless you can serve both simultaneously, fuck that, it'll mean my walking for a half year!

Mind you I dont have any this time of 20k and over (go figure)

Mate, unlucky, but thats nothing.

I'm still serving my 6 month suspension with 1400 dollars worth of fines (2 tickets in QLD).

I even tried to contest the 2nd ticket cause it was for the 'same' offence but ended up adding even more time to my suspension due to the cops taking 5 weeks to reply and the department another 3 weeks to process.

yet everyday i see speeding cars going up and down my neighbour street and burn outs in the distance and never see a copper... then in brisbane CBD i see cars jumping red lights like they are going out of style..
