Yeah I know it should prob be the for sale section but I thought it would be better here.

Heres hoping that whom ever buys it is going to keep it as a motorsport park if not even update the track itself not re-develop the site into housing.

Wouldn't it be cool if we got all the bike clubs and forums and racing clubs etc. to all chip in? Then we could make it a mostly bike only track, just let the open wheeler guys (they don't hurt a track much IMHO) and the odd sedan race (classic/muscle car stuff or something, brakes don't work well enough to hurt a track IMHO) and it would be a bike paradise!

Now, where was reality again...?
