DryRider goods

Post by Stereo »

These are australian goods right? Who makes them?

Cougar:) bought some boots made by them and 3 months after buying them they are falling apart.... these are not the bottom of the line ones, but their waterproof ones with the protective bits and bobs on them....

We want to contact them to see if we can do anything....

Take them back to the place of business.

If not brought from a business i don't like your chances of them doing anything. eg trader, ebay, private.

They're distributed by McLeod Accessories who are pretty reputable. Give them a call and I'm sure if there's a problem they'll fix it.

Ive dealt with mcleod industries before.

The bloke there really helped me out.
i lost the bag thing for my dri rider one piece rain suit that i bought in 99.
i emailed them and asked if he would sell me a new one and he posted me one for free instead.

Obviously i reckon hes a top bloke so im sure he will look after you if you have any problems with their gear.

yeah, i bought gloves and a jacket had them for about six months and the velcro on the gloves came off. and the stitching was comming out. Also the jacket arm loops that hold the inner warm part in the middle thats detactable for summer broke not major but still a pain for quality goods.
I bought them cause i thoiught they where quality parts and they cost more than the no name brands.

but as long as you have the receipt the guys at mclouds in tullamarine changed them over. Wasnt to happy, but the did the right thing, they even let me pay the difference and grab some better gloves. these ones have been pretty good.

bought a leather jacket so dont really wear the jacket anymore...
