Certainly works a treat on the visors Andi!! I use it exclusively! have done for years. just to give you an idea, the visor on my 12 year old Arai, is still servicable.

That's how I do it too.
If you are just talking about riding in the rain, I usually put a thin layer of car wax on my visor and buff it off so that the rain droplets will just roll away...

Works a treat especially when nuthin' else is available and is the best anti fog agent I know of (works for scuba divers masks), but I also get the servo window thing whilst wearing the helmet too, get a few laughs from others
