Thats cause the bugger stalled and I when I tried to kick it, it backfired and broke my leg in 3 places. I lay there for THREE days waiting for someone to find me you barstard !!!!
Whats your address, my solicitor wants it

Only joking mate, I had a KTM stolen from my backyard. Luckily due to a "tickler" carb and a left hand kick start they got sick of pushing it.....
Just because you CAN ride, doesn't mean you SHOULD

When i sell a bike i put 1 litre of fuel in the tank and follow em on my girls CBR400RR.

They won't get away on me in the time it takes to run the bike out of fuel.

Oh no they wont!

not really on topic but....
when i was buying a Z i was refused by a dealer to test ride, coz i was only 22, Farrrrrrk them!
so i went to a second hand dealer, and rode a second hand one.
and didnt buy the bike from the place who wouldnt let me ride it.
farkers...

as for the private, its a bloody hard decision to make. :?

I think a down payment is the go - a substantial payment in cash and a copy of their licence may be the most insuring way of seeing the bike again......

Have sold a heap of bikes with test rides available but I take their licence
& the cash first no acceptions! I state this when they call & most ppl are accomidating & willing to do this. They dont ride too far without their licence!

Luckilly I sell the bikes from work in an industrial area this way the buyers are not that intimidated.

Nar, anyways, even if you've got a license with incorrect address, christ, you still have their license number, and a quick phonecall to the cops, hey presto
