Getting a residential address is the easy part (got some relo's up there already so I'll just use theirs). Voting would be by postal vote so that's not a problem either.
Next time I get pulled over, I'll just rotate the liciences (so I'll have 24 points at my disposal).
Fortunately, I'm not quite at that point yet where I have to do this but it's good to know my options if I get in the shit.

SA riders would be able to answer this?
Fines in SA increase each offence but you don't loose any points? someone i was talking to had mentioned it, what a deal (if the fines don't go up to much)
