Go Australia!

Post by Ratmick »

Australia's first game in the 2006 World Cup is about to start.

It was really good to see quite a few yellow shirts in the crowd and a very stirring rendition of the national anthem...it's all good.

Go boys, make us proud!

Hmmm 30 degrees heat and running around in the sun sems a bit cruel, I remember when i was a boy having to do stuff like that but at least they wherent hung over.

Man that game was frikking awsome! The whole time we were kicking their asses, it just took so damn long to score. We just worked so well as a team, with great passing and possession, just heaps of controlled confident playing really. We have NEVER played that good as a nation before.

Australia is finally playing football at a world level that reflects how good our players are. About bloody time. I think I woke up the neighbours last night I was so into it.

We're back!

Apparently the ref admitted to the oz goalie that he'd made a mistake with Japan's goal. Could come back to haunt us later in the for and againsts....

iamwithstupid.gif on both aspects, must have went to bed and Jap goal shouldn't have been allowed, hip and shoulder belongs in Aussie rules, not in soccer!

Guys, what a game, what a game...especially the last ten minutes.

I don't know about you guys but I'm happy they both scored and won a game, anything past here is cream 8).

Lots of late starters at work today, but all was forgiven...
