Just went outside, there's a fog hanging over quakers hill, so it should be a nice day :?

I'm not going to bother washing the bike, i've been commuting through this crap weather for the last 2 weeks, no point cleaning it just to get it dirty again

See you all later today :D

numbers are all relative.........

for example the 3 04/05 zx10's were covered by about 1.5 hp in the mid to low 150's.

glen and mick c's identical 10's were so close it was unbelievable.

the 2 zx7's were within 2-3 hp of each other.

the mighty 9 with 105K on it pumped out an impressive 131. terry mentioned that being a dyno dynamics dyno it would read a lower hp rating than say a dyno jet dyno.

the king was the 06 zx10 that pumped out an impressive 161.summat hp

T'was a good day, got my GPX to do 78.9rwhp, which is 42Nm of torque. Not too bad if i do say so considering it's running rich at 10:1. *Sigh* looks like i'll be taking the carbies out once more in the next few weeks.

Great day guys and a good turn out.
From recollection I believe the numbers were something like this.

Kellz - gpx 250 - 21 hp
Mike-s - GPX 750 - 79 hp
Guy - Triumph 955 - 81 hp
Tim - GPX 755 - 82 hp
Aussie Ninja - 98 zx6r - 99.5 hp
Frank - ZX7R - 108 hp
GreenBlood - ZX7r - 112 hp
Poyda - 96 zx9r - 121 hp
Wattie - Z1000 - 123 hp
Phil - 98 ZX9R - 131 hp
Glen - 05 ZX10r - 153 hp
Mick C - 05 ZX10r - 153 hp
MadKaw - 04 ZX10r - 154 hp
Richard - 06 - zx10r - 160.5 hp.

Theres a few ppl in the list who need some serious tuning...

There appears to be a bit of rounding up on that list. For more specific figures ask Dave if you want to know

Unfortunately the Triumph only managed 81hp at the rear wheel, stock :( . Tex mentioned that if I remap the computer and change the gearing I could get a lot more. Remember it is only running on 3 cylinders.

The last 955 he tested got 130 which may be where the Dave got 130 from.

It has potential but was doubled by the 06 zx10  . Phaark what a bike.

the air fuel mixture on the gpx was off the scale for about 80% of the rev range - it was waaaay to rich. terry rekons there is 10-15 hp waiting to get out with better jetting.

best thing is now tims got something to work with in getting it sorted, in fact another 10 rwhp will make the ol gpx VERY  interesting.
