We know what counter steering is, but those guys do it the other way. It's call counter-counter-steering.

that sort of logic is bound to get the guy hurt i hope he wears more than just a lid? as in not wearing pants would be legal

Of course, this one would hurt as well

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32dahOz_pog

And here is the update on the couple on the bike pictured above

Although the riders did go down, they both walked away in pretty good
shape...considering the lack of gear and all.

Her knee looked to be the worst of it all. Thankfully it seems her backpack
took the brunt of the fall.

Please pass the word that the riders will be just fine, nothing was
broken but a
little ego and some plastic.

Well that's what it *sort of* looks like to me? Looks like he realized he was gonna go down, maybe he started dragging some metal, then he punched the RH bar to lift the bike up but unfortunately the wheel was on the yellow lines and "Whooshka" one trashed girlfriend and one trashed bike 8)

nahh, quite normal for the front wheel to fold over as the bike is lowsiding, see it all the time.

ZX9R King - where did you get your 'update' on the couple?

I didn't do any 'investigative research', I simply ask google. Took me less than 5 mins to find the following...
Thanks for checking out the site.

You will be pleased to hear that the riders walked away in pretty good
shape...considering the circumstances.

She was a little banged up, but her back pack took the brunt of the fall.

See you out there!

Got that off another forum. Personally I don't believe the content.
It might be one of those 'She's still alive, now stop asking!' kind of reply.

And I don't think they'll ever release pics of the spill
