That's an outstanding result for only his second TT,and first year on the Superbikes too,and the 3rd fastest time in the 99 year history of the TT. Great to see Bruce joining him on the podium as well.
It'll be a cracking race next year, any takers for a trip to the TT for 2007 ?....
Had a few Irish mates come around to watch the race last night and one them bought a book around for me to have a butchers, it's called 'Beautiful Danger' by Stephen Davison and it's full of the best TT photos you'll ever see, some of them have never been released before and date back many years.
Theres one hell of a shot of Hislop's RVF disintegrating into a wall, well worth the asking just for that one.
The older i get,the faster i was..........

What amazes me is that after nearly two hours of non stop racing..... there was only 20 seconds between them...... Two different riders, two different bike manufacturers and that only makes 20 seconds difference....

oops, was looking at 2nd and 3rd.... but you get the point...
The world is round. It has no point.
