Yup, I agree... they should bloody look left and right too...
the government keeps blaming motorists, but perhaps they should look at doing something about the mentality of pedestrians....

i predict that by the year 2017 the speed limits in built up residential areas will be down to 20kph. but no one will care cuz petrol prices will discourage anyone from driving any faster than that anyways.

I used to work in Ashfield................
it used to take me 10 mins to drive up the main road becasue of the stupid people....
That's one of the reasons why i moved to the country

its just an excuse to gain more revenue from the stupid speeding fines people are gonna get.
Have the people of ashfield council just rolled over and taken this? If so they are weak as piss.

I don't think any of them can read the local paper, its only in some foreign language called english, so they will keep ignoring the local rules as they have done for some time.

my biggest concern is if they set a precedent.... despite all the noise the rta said about it being a shit idea, who the hell knows.
