So if you are not going to be at Morgan Park on the 10th/11th of June weekend in a couple of weeks (although most of the QLDers will be) you might want to come out and watch me get my ass kicked. There is no seperate class for C/D graders so I will be in with the fast guys. Andrew Stroud and other mega-fast National racers will be there, so I expect to be lapped frequently.

It came as a suprise to me that I am even going to be in it, I only found out yesterday. So now I have to prepare as quickly as possible. I might end up running second hand rubber on the R1 for the first time as I still have not paid for the tyres I bought for the last round. I really hope this does not slow me down too much. Although if I can sell a few more of my music things ya never know I might actually be able to pay off the old tyres so I can put some new ones on Credit!

It doesn't give me enough time to sort out some of the little problems with the bike, but as long as nothing gets worse I should be fine. I think I will have to run the brake pads I used last meeting unless something comes up.

Anyway I may need a pit buddy yet, not sure ATM. But either way if anyone thinks they can make it out, come and say hello in the Pits!

Good on ya. Will you be running at QLD raceway that weekend? I'll be at Willowbank so may slip over for a look depending on the program. Good luck.
Paul.

keep it shiny side up Hemi, and just remember........you can't win a race in qualifying!

As I am an unfit bugger and run my race bike budget on a keep it from the bride basis  I usually only have a handful of laps to set a good time. I can't do too many laps as i will destroy my race tyres, and I am fcuked after 4 laps so anything after that is a waste of time

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

What strawbs no pit bitch  there must be someone spare that can throw a stand under the back of the bike for you.

Best of luck with it but someone has to go wave the flags at the other do. :D
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?
