QLD gets my vote....mmmmm autumn/winter riding, cool days, sunshine and NO rain.
Coming from NZ I've ridden in the cold quite a bit and it SUCKS!!!!
C'mon IK its only unpleasantly warm to ride 2-3 months of the year up here.
And even then its only an issue if your sitting still later than 10am.

you obviously have never been caught in the regular
4.00pm downpour in Brissie during the warmer months
or one of the storms that catch the GC
riding when you can't see more than a metre in front of you is fun....not
obviously relief from the 40° and 95% humidity though

If thats all that is available in your state ... my riders manual does not say anything about only for turning corners ?
