Quoting non-GST inclusive prices at retail level is illegal.
You should notify Consumer Affairs, and the Tax office.

I got a Pirelli fitted to the ZZR for about $180, at 4o'clock on a Satdee arvo.
I used to have a handle on Life,
but it fell off.

Even when I quote to Q-Build & other Govt departments I have to provide a Gst Inclusive price, but show that it includes $XXXamount of GST.

i knew i was paying too much going in there but i didnt have time to mess about as i had been away and had to work etc.

I wanted to call the ACCC or someone to complain but when i comes down to it - its my word against theirs and they would just say i was telling porkies.

i feel i have had the best revenge now by telling you guys as i have been able to tell a whole heap of people about my bad experience and maybe save a whole heap of people from that same bad experience - and costing them business.

I am going to start taking the bike to narellan kawasaki in future as i have heard a lot of positive things about them here.

Age old story about bad experiences is that if you have one you tell 100ppl, have a good experience you tell 10. Given my experiences with a bike shop in Fairfiedl I hope I do some damage to their business too, not f'n happy JAN!
