Yep I generally do speed. I Try to stick to 70's and always stick religiously to 50's but out of town I normally add about 10k's to the limit.

Mind you, as most speedo's over-read I'm probably not actually breaking the limit at all :P
Motorcycle's are inherently unstable...

According to my speedo, I speed regularly. According to my GPS, I don't.

If I do speed it's cause I wasn't looking at the speedo but once I see I am I reduce my speed. :D

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

just do whatever your happy with and remember if you do the crime you do the time.

I got my licence back yesterday but still have a phobia about going back to doing anything on the road.
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

i try not to speed too much.

especially in the straights as that is pointless (IMHO) and doesnt prove anything

an occasional squirt here and there. I found going to the track really helped to get that out of my system though.

its only *speeding* if you are fined - otherwise its just a ride, at your chosen rate of velocity. Which may be above or below some arbitrarily determined speed *limit* for the particular piece of tarmac that you happen to be riding on .........generally *above*.........

If you exceed the speed limit while overtaking a vehicle (ie a semi-trailer), in order to get past it safely (ie and not get cleaned up by the vehicle coming in the opposite direction)..........well, I guess in that situation it is a case of *safe speeding*..........

Its all a load of frogshit. Speed is just a relative concept, governed by a machiavellian society more interested in the cheap easy blame game, than actually doing something about the shithouse condition of the roads we use, and the even greater shithouse condition of the driver training provided..............

are you glad you asked ??
