Fuck me, I'm dumbfounded. Get well little mate, give the nurses hell and the cage wanker more and we'll see you out on the road again in no time.
... just goes to show you never can trust a cager

Driver was long gone by the time Jeff got around the break in the traffic island for the u-turn, and the traffic island was well screened by trees.

Providing the hospital has a wireless connection, you bet! He can't think he can get off that easily

So was I, it didn't take long!

I spoke with Janelle today, Brett was moved into a general ward at Ipswich Hospital overnight, and is able to have visitors. Unfortunately I don't know his room number, not am I sure how long he will be in for. Given the punctured lung and chest tube, it will be for at least a week, I would think. The Orthopod had been and was waiting on further films to ascertain the exact location of the scapula break, unfortunatey though he will only pin or plate it if it is broken across a particular anatomic feature. I think Janelle is going to have firm words with the Orthopod though so that hopefully it gets done regardless. He also has three broken ribs, not one.
Cheers,
Anne

Janelle, if you're reading this give the ortho absolutely fu#cking heaps, the ortho who patched me up was happy enough that I got 3/4 of the movement back in my right elbow ... suffice to say I saw a physio and now have about 99% movement in it again but this pr!ck told me I should be happy with significantly reduced movement.

Aw shit, Brettles!
Take it easy, mate. Let us know when you're up to taking phone calls. Start working on the nurses now, so they'll pamper you on your b'day - maybe a special sponge bath is called for?
And look on the bright side - A scratch and dent free Tigg will be waiting for you when you get out! Promise you'll only ride the 9 from now on!
