I agree. My previous post was just an indication of my experience with different profile front tyres on my ZX6 & ZX9, not a suggestion to start messing around with tyre profiles. There really was very little difference between the two though and IMO - for front tyres on road bikes - you should fit the tyre size that manafacturer recommends.MadKaw wrote:There seems to be a misconception that a lower profile front tyre will quicken the steering and is therefore better.
