Someone had to ask that and I have nfi either, see Jessica simpson is in town for the MTV awards though, that's rather pleasing on the eyes.

Me too Pabs. What section are you in? We're in C3, which is down on the grass somewhere. At a normal concert they'd call it the mosh pit, at a Stones gig though I think it's so the wheel chairs and walking frames don't bump into each other.

I was thinking of getting the wife to smuggle the camera in in her bag. They don't tend to fish through handbags too much, probably worried about what they'll find. Then again I wouldn't want to risk getting punted for taking shots so I might leave it at home.

Should be sensational Pabs. They've got the stage bit coming out into the middle as well I think, so you should get a brilliant view all round. 7 hours to go 8) :D

Baahh Living End, who are they?

This is the Stones, sure they're the wrong side of 60 and yeah they'll need to have a lie down at half time, and someone will probably need to prop Keith up for half the show, and they're dressing rooms will have more incontinence pads then beers but hey, they put on a sensational show. Just because the tickets cost me as much as a steering damper for the 10 or a PCIII or 4 ridedays......... Oh shit, what am I doing!!!!!!!

They'll be good :D

I hope.

Fantastic concert last night 8)
Mick sang all the hits with two new ones in for the youngens.
He strutted the stage ,ran from one side then got the audience waving & dancing pointing to the people at top of stands (large screen was showing audience dancing at the top) Then he ran to the other side and do it again.

F*&^%king amazing energy ,then KeithTheRiffMaster sang This Place is Empty(I woke up stoned alone song) and then rock into I think was Empathy the start was different but it rocked into classic Keith ,Leaning over swaying side to side, cigarrete in mouth, hands down on the neck of guitar, voice of rock&roll survival and Ronnie on slide guitar F%$#ing unreal he was,the audience was cheering him on I think the audience they forgot he could actually sing .

The other stand pieces for me were Symapthy for the Devil,Mick had the audience doing the WOO HOO chorus it bloody loud :D !!!
The other stand out was the way the stage(small stage) slid out to the centre of the stadium and felt like The Stones were playing to you only :lol
It was the Rock legends night Great stuff

Nice shot's Pabs. Everyone had a bloody camera in there I think.

It was a sensational show. It's absolutely bloody amazing that they sound as fresh as they do and put on the kind of concert that just leaves you in awe. I heard this morning some people complaining about the sound but where we were on the ground it sounded sensational

Sympathy for the Devil was almost a religious experience and together with Start Me Up I reckon were the highlights, although there's not a dud song in there, even Keith doing his quiet piece was good. The only dissapointment for me was that they didn't do Gimme Shelter but hey they can't do everything.

When they did the middle of the ground thing we went and stood near the barriers at the back of the sound gear etc so we got fairly close.

If they were playing again tonight and I could get a ticket I'd go again in a flash.
