It's all perfectly legal if you don't speed. Take it to the posed limit then hold it there, wait for them to catch up and do it again at the next lights. Make your point legaly if they give you the shits.
Little black duck upsets easily. Reassure and give beer.

Sorry, I just had to change it to something Neka would say, because he knows all about the reckless driving charge for wheelies.

fucking hell the cops must be real pricks, down here in tassie they never try to race or anything like that plus tey even oby the laws so much, i saw 2 cops on pushys and they stopped at a set of lights, if i was me i would have just cut across the foot path
"McHugh J formu-lated a test of entrapment which focuses on whether the conduct of the authorities induced the accused to commit an offence, whether the authorities had reasonable ground for suspecting that the accused would commit the offence and whether prior to the inducement, the accused had an intention to commit the offence if the opportunity arose."
So in order to use this defence they have to assume the person in question would commit the offecnce if the opportunity arose. How can they use this if they pull up beside a biker with no history of street racing or speeding? He rides a motorbike therefore he'll drag off the lights? That's blatant discrimination.
