Sorry mate but that's a load of shit. "A friend of mine" has passed the one under Keilor Park Drv often at speeds that would see them make it to the front page of the papers.

And there are no "timed" cameras in Vic. All the fixed ones use 3 stripes of pressure switched wire 50cms or so apart. (I begin to question if a bike 'at speed' would even be heavy enough to trip them)
