Anyway if the rest of it is anything like my 600 then it will be a great commuter. They are sprung way to soft for real fast stuff, but still fine for getting around with the odd blast thrown in for good measure. A good, relaxed and comfy ride position with good vision and a low seat really help too.

Do you get 16" or 18" wheels on the 750? The 600s have 16s, and I wish they were 18s.

Anyway I am sure you will love it, congrats!

the 750s have 105bhp..just a tad more than the 600
and you get a bit more with a can ( as Paul has )
suspension can be played with and then you can keep up with the
pack

the Gpx has a 16" front and a 18" rear
the front is sweet...like all Kwaka fronts (with a few mods  )

the problem is the back...you can't put that much horsepower
thru a 140 section tyre :x ....unless the bike is upright

cheers
GOTTA LUV the 12R!!

mmm Noice bike! I owned an 86 model in red n white, which was prolly one of the best bikes I have owned. I did about 50,000klms on it before i sold it, and I think the new owner doubled that pretty wuickly without any probs. To gt one with a gen 38k is mint. U sure they didn't give it a haircut????

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

I dont think I have to explain to anyone about how much I like GPX's.
GREAT CHOICE.
And IAN its amazing how much power a huge 140 can handle, mine has dare I say a considerable amount more power than a stocker. I thinks its more a case of how much you are prepared to try and see what she will take.
And DONT FORGET as i've read here before ,you cant go fast on skinny tyres NOT what a joke !!!!!.
Regarding the electric suspension, I had a nice alloy plate made up and removed the redundant pice of shit and went to town with RACE TECH everyting and this is the best improvement to the bike I've made ,other than the extra ponies that is.

Neat!

From memory the GPX600 had well under 100ps.

And when I'm rich I'll definitely get another GPZ900. Priceless is the 'double take' by the sportsbike brigade when they fly up behind and overtake, then look in the mirrors only to realise you're still there!

had to comment....

Paul rode up to our abode today on the extremely mint condition GPx750. Strange to see his blueness on a red and black bike...lol

the GPx is in the best condition, and for the $ he paid for it, I was extremely envious. Though he was told if the motor goes missing he should possibly start looking in my shed...rofl

Top buy Paul.

Cheers

Why would U get that after the bike U already have?

Bro, if U got $$ to burn, mail some of it this way

It's called depreciation, tyre wear, increasing the risk of some prick taking you out commuting on your pride and joy, maintenance costs etc etc....... get a 12 and I think you might understand.

Ya can put all the k's on the gpx and it aint gonna loose much and if it gets looked after, might even make a bit, no need to loose $$$$$$

Nice one Blue 12
