Rider Down - Sat 04 Mar Bankstown NSW

I passed an accident on the Hume Hwy between Stacey St and Rookwood Rd. near a bike dealership. I was going the other way, but the rider was being attended to by a group of people. The bike had a maroon & white chequered flag fairing (ZX6R?). The rider appeared to be moving although still lying on the road. Fuckin cagers :evil:

P.S.The bike looked totalled from what I saw.

Bike accidents are awful to see. I have only seen one and I felt so bad for the guy

It really brings you back to earth.
Last time i went up the OPH i saw the aftermath of an accident - a CBR into the wall a car involved as well.

I felt like riding home via the freeway - It was my slowest ride through there ever. It was as a big reality check for me though.

Anyway i hope the rider is ok and not injured badly.

I saw a guy come off a cruiser, flew about 20m when a cabbie clipped the back of him.. real low speed stuff.. he was ok after the shock wore off.. the cabbie got out, checked on him, then took off again.. (no comment)!

it was all the habibs in the lowered commodores that probably ran him over
