Why isnt the motoGP news on "the" news?

When was the last time that Valentino Rossi was mentioned in the sports section of the news?

Whats up with that? They mention english soccer.... Why not MotoGP... Something that is actually raced IN AUSTRALIA!!!

It shits me.....

On the same news... I would like them to summarise WSBK too.....

I will blame boxtel and ruperts pay per view idea.

Dont have boxtell so i dont have superbikes which sucks because i would even sit up till 1am no sweat to watch it.

Stereo, it's motorbike racing, motorbikes are a minority species, get used to it (surprised you're not already actually). The reason F1 cars make such big headlines is because nearly everyone drives a car, few in comparison ride motorbikes.

I'm sure there are Bocce vlubs, Crocquet clubs, Polo clubs and any other number of minority sprts that bitch and moan too.

I used to play volleyball quite regularly (quite an achievent for a short fat prick that can't jump, but that's another story)

Never see news on volleyball on tv either, not even if our national team are playing, why, because they suck and it's a sport that rates nada in the news

Barrabobs on the money - if you get Boxtel, you can watch it just about 24/7.......WSB, GP, AMA, etc etc, they even do dirtrack !!!

its a shame, but thats the way it is these days - unless its NRL or AFL, you have to pay for it.....

- don't have Boxtel meself, I refuse to pay to watch TV !!

No, I am not used to it.... the GP and the WSBK get mentioned on the NZ News every time a new round has happened.... Just quickly... but at least it gets mentioned...

Mate, absolutely at least until the bastards bring it down to a reasonable cost ie about $20/month which is what you pay in the States, as opposed to $78 or whatever it is out here.
