Nup they were fold up with nice big rubbers that'd slide off at the drop of a hat.

Bingo Smitty, I've had every bike shown in that post, including the F11 and the TS250 (maybe a TS400 but had one of those too).

Front number plates hmmmm....

wow..sum seriously ugly bikes there..and a whopping 54.5hp!!

shit hey..amazing wot 30yrs can do....

i was asking the boys the other nite, as this guy pulled up on a harley tourer , he told us he was 79 ....nice old chap (cept for the harley bit)...and i thought..wow..in 50yrs wen im 76...will i be sitting there, telling all these 22yo guys who r sitting on their hover bikes "when i was ur age, our bikes had wheels, and 140hp, and u could fall off em"....
amazing how things change....with time...

and all you young whippersnappers out there, you should *Know* and *Respect* your history..........Kawasaki would have nothing if it were not for the mighty triples ( Blessed be all those who have Ridden one and Lived), and the even mightier Kwakka Nine !!!!!! A *Super* superbike without peer..........holder of *still* unbroken records at Daytona........

This forum needs a Dedicated History Page !!!!!!!!

*slaps on rose-coloured glasses*........*walks into shed and cuddles ZX12R*.......
