Daylesford ride today

Post by Diane »

Had a great ride today with Trev (hub)
We headed off to Daylesford around 10.30 and going over was great fun as I relaxed more, felt more confidant and enjoyed the ride so muuuuch even got to sit on 100 too which is not common for me as yet but I did and it was wonderful.
Coming back home was a different story though, the wind had picked up and gees thats a bloody good lesson to learn on a 250 :o all was ok though and yes more concentration needed of course but I did alright and we got home safe and sound :D
So overall was a great couple of hours out riding :) :) :)

Glad to hear it all went well Diane. Wind is a factor on any sized bike, just more so on a 250 :) I've been in the cage all day alas but not likely to go riding in this heat anyways, better things to do, like watch cricket/tennis and drink beer :)

Thanks gosling1, it sure was a good lesson to tuck away and today when I toodled into Castlemaine for a ride, amongst the normal day time traffic for the first time, I felt much more confidant and at ease in my self. :D :D
Woohoo I love riding

You rode in that heat? Image You're keener than me. I went for a short spin on Saturday and that was bad enough.
