That's better! Yeah Nebo........a lot of residents, gravel on corners..........a shame really cause it's a lovely piece of road just need to give it a little respect as it catches a lot of people out hence so many fatalities on that stretch of road. :(

I've ridden Glorious a few times, nothing about it grabbed me as a fantastic stretch of road, and as for Mt Nebo, while I have driven it several times in the car, I haven't yet and unlikely will go around there on the bike. Waaaay to much debris on the roads, tourists, locals backing out of driveways and coppers. (that goes for Glorious as well). I really enjoy Mt Mee, less traffic, and a much nicer and better maintained road...except for yesterday, with the gravel spread over the first set of twisties after the Woodford end T-junction.
Cheers,
Anne

Cheers Brett

Mt Mee has its fair share of local traffic now, there is also a fair amount of heavy transport starting to use this road wich is not good as the road was never built to take HT.
Brett dont expect Lakeside to reopen any time soon (read never as there is too much politics involved with this now), the council will lose to much face no matter what the cost to the rate payer.
