Thanks for all the comments guys. It's a great little bike and does the job well for what I use it for.

On the underside of the pipe near the outlet there is a rubber gromet. Pull that out and drill up through the metal. The place where the screw will go is sort of perferated and should almost pop out with the pressure of the drill. Then insert the baffle making sure the hole in the baffle lines up ...
