Re: Tyre Warmers

We tested the tyre temperature when using the Kaneg Warmers and I'm fairly certain the temperature was around 80 degrees. What was really good about them was that the temperature was even around the tyre.

Re: Female Motorcycle Racer - 'Most Appropriate' Story

Unfortunately No. I don't know when I will race again, but when I do it will only be a one off meeting here and there, unless we win lotto.

I've had a a set back physically and mentally and wasn't able to ride the bike for a couple of months which meant that I couldn't get it sorted in ...

Female Motorcycle Racer - 'Most Appropriate' Story

Hi There, I am an older female who discovered the arts and passion for motorcycle riding and racing a long time ago. I began road riding such a long time ago that I can't even remember my very first bike. I do remember it really was a dunga. I had only been riding for a couple of years before I ...

Re: Tyre Warmers

KANEG. :kuda: KANEG :kuda: Can't go past them for price, quality and heat.

We've got a few sets for a number of different bikes, been using the new ones (non digital) since they came out for the last 3 years and never had a problem with them.

Re: Cheap as chip ZX7 trackie

Hhmmmm, another bike to add to the collection. If it's any good I suppose it's only fair that Nelso gets another bike, seeing that he only has 4.

Re: Racing in AUS - 2014

I don't thing you can blame Terry for what has happened.
He saw the ASBK going downhill fast, so started his own series.
He has given the racers what they wanted.
-competitive classes
-cost effective mods
-tv coverage
-choice of classes with/without strict rules and tyre choices.
And lots of ...

Re: Front brake issue - ZX6 track bike

The brakes on my 05 zx6 got to the point that they were so spongy they weren't working properly, so Nelso bought me some Nissin Calipers to put on it. It's the only way to fix them if its got the Tokico calipers as they are rubbish.

Re: 2006 ZX6R Brake Swap

Nelso just bought me a set of Nissan's for my 05 ZX6. They are from a later model 600. I'm looking forward to trying them out as the brakes on my bike at the moment are like squeezing a sponge, even with new brake pads. It was getting a bit scary trying to race with them like that last weekend.
