Dam, I was worried it be something along those lines :x

I had the box checked out and they where saying the tight chain was causing the dramas :? It's only really noticeable when it's hot tho, if it was more along the lines of what ur saying wouldnt it be doing it when its cold aswell ???

Dam, I was worried it be something along those lines :x

I had the box checked out and they where saying the tight chain was causing the dramas :? It's only really noticeable when it's hot tho, if was more along the lines of what ur saying wouldnt it be doing it when its cold aswell ???

Hey peeps,

Noticed today when I took off from home and did my first 1st to 2nd shift it went seemlessly. Then I noticed getting from 1st to 2nd when shes hot was a pain in the ass. There was all kinds of clunking and bs going on when the temps got up there out of the norms.

Ok sweet, thanks Mike and Social (from worlds worst post to worlds best ) That helps me out a bit, I'll get cracking on that and see if it helps the situation.

Oh and on that link you posted Social, it says there is a zx7r manual but it doesnt seem to be listed in the directories Be good to have ...

May sound stupid, but stranger things have happened, take the resonators out, tip them upside down and see if anything comes out. U may have a small rock or something like that (big enough to pass through the grills on the intake holes in the fairing) that may have bounced up and passed through the ...

Yeah, if the manufacturer specs 98 then by all means run 98. I guess what the point is that if you have an older bike not setup for using higher octane fuels stick to the base unleaded and save yourself the cash. I know what I'll be running...
