Dam dude sorry to hear about the drop, droped myn once but i was lucky/stupid, I was getting of and my foot cliped my bag and over went the bike lucky for me my legs were sorta under it OUCH so no damadge to the bike, legs were a little sore for a few days.

New Paint Job

Hi all,

I am looking to paint, the blue doesnt do it for me i want yellow and rreflex blue i think not real sure about the scheem. Any ideas on how much i would be looking at or who and where roughly, I am not in a hurry as i would need to save but yeah thanks for any info/help.

Welcome champ. Trial & error it mate, put it out in the sun till lunch time to warm the block then adjust it from fully closed out a coupla turns each time till it starts, half choke blip throttle hard once & dont touch throttle again till it coughs into life, wind it out another coupla turns ...

Speaking of the idle adjustment i played with myn probably something i shouldnt have done, well not as much as i did casue now it dont start lol
Ive got a zxr250 yes yes a baby just curious as to how many turns does it roughly adjust out from all the way in to get an average idle any1 know. thanks

LOL thats a lot of maybe's, I might just buy a clear tank
I like the idea of a pressure gauge its probably the cheapest but i think ill go with an electronic sensor in the bottom of my tank more accurate and i wanna do it right. dont want some dodgy gauge that dont work right or i might as well ...

I had a mate move from here about 4-5 years ago he moved to brisie, But i dont think we would have known each other, i moved back to wagga from melbourne in 95', but its still good to know ive got a local on the boards.

Dam, glad my reserve didnt have a block, not that it would have matered i was only 500 meters from the servo when i switched to reserve anyways so i pulled in and filled it up. I'am still goin to stick a gauge on it or maybe just an electronic sensor to turn a little light on when its getting close ...
