float needles for zxr 250
im after a set of float needles for my 1991 zxr 250 C model
but im having trouble finding some so my question is will any other models fit like a zzr 250.

Just wondering if anybody has a service manual i could grab

Yeah when i took the carbys apart 2 of the float needles had approx .5mm gap between the aluminium and the base of the viton tip the actual sealing face of them looks good and they were still attached

Yeah i really dont think its the Exhaust valves the biuke was running fine last time it was rode its been sitting for about 10 months

Yeah i cleaned the carbys good and made sure all those components were clear and reset the float levels plus ive put a plug on the end of each lead and it was firing good.
One thing i did notice was the rubber seat on the end of the float needle was slightly detatched between the rubber and ...

Hi
Ive just purchased a ZZR 600 1996 model
When i got it the bike wasn't running smooth and wouldn't idle.
Ive pulled the carby's apart and fully cleaned them and also replaced the plugs but it still runs rough, all the cylinders are firing but it sounds like the timing is out?? is this possible ...

Are you talking about the o ring that sits under the front of the tap?
As for the Carby cleaner it didn't remove shit!!
This stuff was baked on like a overcooked pork roast i tried soaking the components in everything nothing broke it down
