I've sorted out my luggage issue, I didn't end up getting a ventura rack.

Hi guys,

Has anyone had any experience with a Ventra bike luggage rack system on a 2007-9 Z1000?

I am trying to work out where the L Brackets attach to the bike before i buy it for a road trip.

Some pics or a link to some instructions would be helpful to see.

Got the same bike, I ordered the Black cowl from the 08 Z1000 when i put the deposit down so it was delivered with the bike. I'm going to be looking at the Skidmarx rear hugger as well thanks for posting that up, i didn't like the look of the silver mesh on the other brand.

I'd like to hear what your thoughts are so far? More specifically how is the run in going? from what the dealer tells me, it's quite a long run in period.

New guy here, Im 27 and a recent holder of a full licence. I thought I would join up since i've been lurking round for a week and I will very soon be a proud owner of a 2009 Z1000.

I normally chat on another forum but they're not Kawasaki specific.
