Re: Your thoughts on a Crim.
Bit overpriced..... Sorry heaps over priced considering it is unregistered.
I tend to agree now that I think about it. Plus it could be indicative of other issues (why didn't the dealer re-rego it?)
Buy smek's blue 10r Gumby. Less kms newer bike, less cash.
Someone link it for me please, I am on ...

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade (significantly) and have found a Black and Gold Crim in Brisbane that I'd like some feedback on:
Here's the BikeSales link for a 2005 ZX-10R with 40K on the clock for $9700 drive away.
I also got some more info from the dealer about the modifications (quoted ...

Bike Model: '90 GPX250
Tank size: 17L ?
Best: 450ish(?) including reserve. Well over 400 slabbing it at the speed limit to Melb.
Worst: From memory about 320 including reserve.
Average: 350-400km (I regularly use the reserve, commuting to the city and back every day)

Try going over the checklist mentioned in this thread: http://www.ksrc-au.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=28181
I think you'll find it'll fail some pretty big checks on that list. :(

That's not working try this one........ http://www.ksrc-au.com/html/bike_inspection.html

Re: Who is getting helled for their ride?
I must have struck it lucky
I bought a bike, much to my girlfriend(now Fiance)s distaste, but she accepted that its something that i enjoy. I thought that the olds (mum in particular) would be against it, but no
+1, no problems here... She won't get on the back (even to go around the yard), but ...

Hey Wayne,
I think I just bought the same kit you did off ebay for about the same price, and I was thinking of tapping mine off the horn (live when ignition is on, runs on a separate fuse, etc) but was wondering what you (or any other electrically minded people on here) think...

Re: Motorcycle offers at Aldi this week
Just went to Aldi Emu Plains (yeah, I'm a bit behind), and they still had plenty of the bags...
I've been umming and ahhing for a while, but I went ahead and dropped the $70 anyway.
What can I say? WELL WORTH IT.
When I first got the bike, I went to a couple of places in Parra and bought a tank bag ...
