Re: New 2010 Ninja 250r
Wow I love the black exhaust and think it would suit all colours, mostly because the exhaust is actually the only silver part on the bike anyway besides brake/clutch levers. Spewing the 09 didn't have it because then I would have one now!

I stand by my statement from last night that by getting the 14 without an R, you are one step away from being an old man Harley rider!

Re: Congratulations Dale!
Shuuuuucks, thanks guys! Yes, I made it through Q-Ride last Monday and got my RE license, although let me assure you - it was not without hiccups!

Re: First long ride and traffic
Hey Wayne, congrats on doing the ride thing. With practice you'll get your confidence up! (Does this forum sound like a broken record yet?)
Just some comments about some of yours:
1. 80kph is so fast!
2. Right hand went numb - had to do some finger movements to get the blood flowing.

Re: Turning
Don't worry, I'm just a retard and misread the bit I quoted! I read is as "turn right to go right" which obviously is anything but counter steering
Sorry for anyone I confused, Dale will be able to confirm that I do actually know what I'm talking about and that I taught her the right thing ...

Turning
Hi all, would like to pick your brains about the mean feat of executing a turn without running wide into the lane beside you!

We went to the Greazefest Hot Rod Show yesterday and they had some really ancient chariots and trikes and other sorts of pushies there. Didn't see whether any were kwaka's though... do they only make mountain bikes?MrWasabi wrote:

My First Ride
Hey all, yay, a new section JUST FOR ME! Hahaha. Really though for new riders, it is scary trying to find somewhere in all the posts on the forum where you know a tiny bit of what is actually being said and then finding a place for you to actually say something too (longest sentence ever?). So that ...

ZZRs at Griffith University
Does anyone on this forum ride to Griffith University, Nathan Campus? Always see a few ZZRs parked there, particularly a beautiful white/gold one (not sure what size, still learning the nuances), but today I also saw a pretty silver and black one.
