GPZ600r valves

My GPZ needs the inlet valves (only the inlet) adjusted every 2500ks (starts to get hard to start).
Any ideas (already tried differant fuel and fuel additive)

gpz600 valves

Bike is getting hard to start cold and the valves have been done in the past 2000 klms. Battery is good.
Is there any reason for the valves to get tight in these kays.
