Yes we are fortunate that we can get value out of 12 months rego, unlike our friends down south.
I am not sure how they do it sometimes. I occasionally complain about our pseudo-winters up here :) .
Yes i can definitely see how you would be a danger to yourself and the greater public by sporting a ...

Re: Hello all from downtown bris
Isn't there too many coppers up thru Nebo / Glorious run now? I actually lived at the bottom of Peachester Range (Beerwah) for 12 years. Yes it is motorcycling heaven up there for sure

Re: Insurance for my new ride
At last i have found the time and the money to finally insure my bike.
The best price / flexibility / policy came back to "insure my ride", all done over the web.
Hopefully i will never have to use it, but you never know, do you??

Re: Hello all from downtown bris
Welcome aboard mate.
The '12 wouldn't happen to be blue would it?
Yes mate, it would be blue, a very dark blue. With no longer any gold wheels or bellypan or levers....
It was bought from over your way, i gather you may have seen it in your travels.... 8).
Maybe we should discuss a ride at some ...

Re: Quiet Helmets ???
20 years of motorcycling and numerous helmets over the years, i am fooked if i can find a quiet one. In saying that, they definitely have improved over the years.
I now use an i-pod or ear plugs, both of which have their downfalls.
Good luck in your quest for the ever elusive 'quiet helmet' mate.

Re: Insurance for my new ride
Thanks all for the feedback.
I have collected the bike now and am very keen for a descent ride, however the weather here in bris is not real rider-friendly and looks like it may stay this way for the next week.
Oh well it gives me plenty of time to organise the insurance.

Hey 98ninja,
I feel that is a very well worded reply, it is clear and straight to the point.
Wouldn't it be nice to get your hands on one of those scamming little grubs.
I hope the sale goes through smoothly for you.
