Re: zxr400 engine in a zxr250
Whats up with the original engine. They are pretty damn easy to fix up mostly they have valve issues and carbs in desperate need of a rebuild. You would never fit a zxr400 lump between the spars. cheers.

Re: cheapest Online source for Kawasaki parts..
All good advice, cheers. Decided to stick with redbaron. Reason I was going to shop around is that living on the south coast I have to do everything via mail and phone etc. Don't suppose anybody has a standard set of rings for a zx9b engine laying around?
cheers

I ownly know about them because they run the same size FCR 33mm carbs as my zxr400SP Lemco or something like that in the ...

Re: custom wiring harness
How do you guys go with preventing piston and ring corrosion from the methanol?. Also because the methanol would need to flow about twice the volume for the same HP as petrol do you use a different fuel pump and injector rail / regulator. I would also assume you increase the compression ratio a fair ...

Re: Fuel Pump relay
No It probably would not if on a carb model. However on an EFI model then yes it could. As on a carb model the float bowls are enough of a buffer for a pulse or two from the pump. Re: zx7r front end Mod.
Hey Zenodamper I have seen you on a few of the suspension forums, you have some great advice. The 2005 are kayaba aren't they, I had actually heard a few people say they were the better ones on the zx6 but I suppose that can be subjective advice.
