Not a typo, the trend is going towards longer service intervals for all new vehicles. Manufacturers can claim lower servicing costs....

Most mineral oils will only last 3k to 5k before the oil molecules start to shear and break down, longer with synthetics.

A bike is much harsher on oil than ...

I just nod to everyone, never had a dirt bike rider return the nod.... when I'm riding my Harley I still nod to sportbike riders but the ignorant pricks never nod back same goes when I'm riding my R6, most but not all Harley riders don't nod back....

Hi Archy, welcome

Can probably have the fork tube repaired using Hard Chrome if it's just pitted. It's a permanent and cost effective repair method, should be no more than $150 to do one tube

I've done 3000km on pilot powers, no complaints at all, vastly superior to the stock dunslops fitted on the R6. the d208's would easily spin up out of corners had no confidence in them at all, but the powers hang on well. I'm expecting to get at least 6000km from them....

But I'm a bit easier on ...
