i wouldnt go any smaller than 48 on the rear as your bike prolly accelerates slow enough as it is you could try going to a 13 on the front to make it a little more zippy

Sounds like its on its way out, how many k's are on your bike. You could try doing an oil change

that makes it look heaps better

thats pretty normal.. my zx6 runs bout the same temp, and you cant hear the fan when it comes on its pretty silent
