I wanted to change the fork springs pressure ,undid the top fork nuts -attached to springs -won't come out
tried to undo the bottom bolt, just rotates . any ideas -Haynes manual doesn't show usd just earlier model
any tips ?

inlet showing horizontal inlet ,is there supposed to be a forward facing piece that goes on back of air box ?

Shock is about 30mm shorter,canister would hit batt box, make a bracket 30mm longer retain rear height adjustability
10 adjustments on comp/rebound easily assessable

I'm in the process of doing some mods to my 91-zx750, just pulled the tank and airbox/carbs what a design! can't remove air filter without carbs and air box , the cool air tubes run through the tank and cool air over airbox , air inlet horizontal at back of box so I plan to cut a couple of holes ...

thank for the help fellas, i've done 03 arm and wheel into 90 gsxr frame, bearing swaps/spacers for updating wheels
i've got a spare 03 wheel i'll compare weight and look for fit /alignment

i got more response on a gsxr site about this question than here, from a guy that was selling his gsxr stuff
because he liked the zxr's better-had done 3 zx9 engine swaps , are the people on here less experement'l

i'm looking to raise the handlebar height ,50mm fork tube dia, or buy new ones on ebay

i read that the zx9b barrels will fit the zx750j motor, std bore of 750 is 71mm std bore, z9 is 75mm
can they go 2mm oversize that would make 77mm bore 47.3 mm stroke= 883cc
knowing about bore/stroke ratio 77mm around 3" stroke 47.3mm around 2"
i think it would haul,opening up the combustion chamber ...
