Ever since I was a kid I'd pull my toys apart but gave up putting them back ahaha

I was doing a clean of the carburetors on my 1991 zxr250c.
I got side tracked and did the spark plugs also.
While doing that I also decided to give it a clean while it was apart.
Anyway I ended up getting not only some dirt and crap into the ports but also some of the kero I was using.

The bike was running pretty badly between 9000-12000rpm, would kind of like flutter, like its running out of fuel, in between, so i figured maybe carby blocked.
I took the carbs off, opened them up gave it a good clean, as clean as i could get ...

I've got the zxr250c which I rode daily and still ride. Also for a time I used it to ride up and down to Sydney from Melbourne at least 3 times a year.

Just thought I'd reintroduce myself. I'm John, from Melbourne, I've got a '91 zxr250c.
It was my first bike I bought in 2005 which i gave to my brother, so he can learn on, after buy another bike in 2008.
Anyway, I have it back now. I have forgotten how much fun it was to throw into ...

I now have seven helmets!
For some unexplained reason I walked to my bike and found a rxt open faced helmet strapped to my bike.
Very odd.

I had seven but I'm down to six after a car run me off the road.
The plan was to have one for each day.

I think most of them do that, tell you that they will take some of the kays off.
Unless you see their reading they could just be lying and tell you that they will make it so and so less kays to keep up good PR.
It doesn't hurt to be polite though.

I lived in Richmond for a while and had my tank keyed by some mofo.
It was just a line but squiggles. :x
There was also an across parked next to my bike that had the word slut keyed into the plastic.

I'd like break their hands and arms.

what type of tyres are there for the 18inch rear of a zxr250c?
dont think the major companies make any tyres for my bike.

err .. I'm John 'n from St Kilda in Melbourne.
I ride a black ZXR250C and at the mo' still on restrictions.
