Z750 rear shock adjustment

Just wondering if any Z750 owners have played around with the rear shock and damping force adjustment?
It says in the manual that the standard settings are for a 68kg. I am 83kg and I was wondering if anyone could help me find out what the best settings for me are?
Cheers

I was thinking of putting the Z1000 screen on but I'm not too keen on drilling into the original front fairing. I'm happy with how it looks but just wanted to do some mods to hopefully ...
