cheers man.. yeah i have been doing a little research on filters k&r seems to be the weapon of choice... just trying to suss it all out have no idea about this stuff only been into it for a couple of months but keen to learn the best and efficient way to run my bike...

sweet as the manual isn't bad when it comes to showing the how to.. have you got any recommendations for filters and plugs?

do agree.. went for my first long ride the other day, didnt get real sore but i have the loudest helmet def need some ear plugs.
