Nope, you lower the pressures to get more heat into a tyre, therefore better grip, the hotter the tyre the higher the pressure will then rise....
If you lower the pressures to the point the tyre is changing profile or flattening you defeat the purpose of well designed tye and you may as well use Barracudas..

. That and your tyre will spin on the rim and handle like a dog...
Try riding on a cold slick with 30 psi... It feels like the bike has square wheels until it warms up and regains its design shape...
