It is remotely possible that a wrecker somewhere around the country may have a 2nd-hand turbo for your bike - use Findapart to put out a request to all the wreckers for one ....
You will need the OEM headers if you can get them, but even if you can't, any decent turbo mechanic will be able to get you a set of header pipes bent up to suit. It will cost a few bob.....but very do-able.
What about the OEM fuel injection - is this still fitted to your bike ??

If the header pipes are still the 'turbo' headers, then they will all meet up right in front of the cylinder block.....has someone made some type of collector-box and a 4-1 system from this point ??? It would run pretty weird with an exhaust like this, as the header length for a non-turbo bike needs to be way longer than the turbo headers......can you post up a pic ?

I know that Joes Motorcycles/wreckers in Canberra has heaps of parts for the GPZ's, maybe a turbo assembly perhaps. Trouble is, he isn't cheap and you will pay top dollar for it. Ebay USA/Canada for a try as well with the dollar high. Still a good buy, I wouldn't be too disappointed you'll pick one up somewhere.
