Nah - it'd never get used

OK, so you've decided to line something else up, then leave. So make your calls (or maybe wait until Monday), get your interview clothes cleaned, and make sure your resume is still where you left it 6 weeks ago. Maybe even spend a little time surfing seek and sending in a few applications.
Then put it out of your head as much as possible. Nothing to stress about anymore - you've made your decision! You are leaving as soon as you get something else, so no need to let yucky people ruin your weekend. Just put Monday morning into a box in your head and close the lid. Monday might even be faintly amusing, since you're supposed to be stressed out and caring about your job and you just aren't and don't anymore.
And good on you for being smart enough to realise this within 6 weeks. I'm a lot slower than you - I had over a year of spending weekends dreading Mondays, feeling battered and mistreated all week, miserable and stressed in the evenings and feeling more and more depressed and worthless... for nothing! I couldn't see out of the hole I was in enough to realise I needed to just get a different job and shut up all the "should"s in my head. So YAY for Dizzi for seeing the hole and deciding not to go down into it!
Now dry your eyes princess and enjoy your Saturday & Sunday!
