Yeah I used to work there.. it used to sit out the side of the building, handy for me to show people bits and pieces for theirs
Front fork mods.. there's quite a few different ways to do it, you can put a zx6 front end on it, but finding one seems to be a problem, or you can have the standard ones modified.

Prices vary on what you want done to the front. I don't know how you find it but it never liked how the bike would change line mid corner, and bumps upset it, made it feel unstable. They still do to an small extent, but now it feels like it isn't going to let go.
I bought the rear shock off Barrabob (forum member) and threw it in. The standard shock as you know is very pogo stick, the zx6 shock eliminates this.
Now it's really good, the numerous mechanics that have ridden it say you can feel the difference over standard in how it handles, and while it's never going to be as good as a full on sports bike for what it is it's pretty damm good now
